Morgan Blythe

Morgan Blythe joins our overnight team with more than a decade of experience in the horse industry. Growing up in Jacksonville, Florida, she began her career working at her local hunter/jumper lesson barn in exchange for lessons, half leases, and competition fees. Immediately after high school, she moved to Georgia to pursue the upper levels of eventing, and since then, has worked in Ocala, Aiken, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Always gravitating towards industry hotspots, she has been a working student, assistant trainer, and most notably, head groom for a 5* eventer and barn manager for a 100+ horse boarding facility. As a Barn Manager, she discovered a true passion for individualized care and rehabilitation, leading her to seek out a career in the veterinary sector of the sport. Off the clock, she enjoys competing in dressage and eventing with her OTTB, Forest, who she rehabbed from kissing spines and severe ulcers. As well as taking a break from horses to read, draw, hike with her dog, Finn, and watch movies. Morgan is thrilled to be working where she can continue to further her knowledge while applying what she’s learned from the admirable professionals she’s worked with in the past.
