David Vega, VMD
Dr. David Vega earned his VMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2026, after completing his bachelor’s degrees in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Agricultural and Natural Resources at the University of Delaware.
Growing up in Flanders, just 20 minutes north of the practice, Dr. Vega has always felt a strong connection to the local equine community. His interest in horses began at a young age when he spent time riding, and he is excited to return to the area to begin his career. His professional interests include equine reproduction, neonatal care, and diagnostic imaging, and he looks forward to continuing to develop his skills in these areas while providing compassionate, high-quality care to both patients and clients.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Vega enjoys hiking, spending time with his fiancée and family, and caring for their two dogs, cat, and bearded dragon.
