Kaitlyn Steele, DVM

Dr. Kate Steele grew up riding dressage horses in her hometown of Valparaiso, Indiana.  She received both her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences and her DVM from Purdue University.  While at Purdue she participated in a research project examining clopidogrel as a potential treatment for laminitis.

In her free time, Kate is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her cat, Dove.  Kate is excited to spend the next year exploring New Jersey and learning from the wonderful staff at B.W. Furlong & Associates before hopefully completing a residency in Internal Medicine.
