Michael grew up in Alabama and developed a love for horses on his family’s farm. He graduated from Snead State College in 2002 with an Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology. Upon graduation he received his Veterinary Technician license and began work at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine as an equine technician. He joined the clinic in 2009 as a technician. He is now in charge of the Nuclear Scintigraphy, and also assists with appointments, hospitalized cases, surgery, and emergency duty. He enjoys playing the guitar and spending time in the outdoors. Every year, his family in Alabama hosts a trail ride at their farm which benefits St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
