Taylor Therrien

Taylor grew up in the small town of Haddam in Connecticut and has always had a passion for horses. Bitten by the horse bug at a very young age, she worked for lessons at a local farm as a kid and grew to be a wonderful rider and fiercely hard worker. She always knew she wanted to be in the industry, so she pursued and earned a degree in Equine Business Management from Centenary University here in New Jersey. She worked for several large private farms over the years while she was in school, traveling to horse shows all over the East Coast where she got the opportunity to expand her knowledge and abilities in riding and managing. After graduating, she was able to follow the show circuit to Florida for the winter season and become immersed in what she loved doing. Now she is exploring other areas the horse world has to offer and joined the Furlong team in the fall of 2024. She is also an avid baker and chef, as well as a wonderful dog-mom to her lab/pit mix Murphy!
